1. Summary

Pismire Network is a building and mining game for Android. Players lead an ant colony: they expand a nest, assign ants to roles, send foragers on tours and keep aphids. The colony's herders produce Honeydew. Honeydew is the coin of the network.

Issuance follows the same rules as Bitcoin: every day a fixed amount is created for the whole world, shared by all active colonies. It halves every two years. More players do not change the amount, only the distribution. That is why the model carries 10,000 players just as well as 10 million, without inflation through growth.

Three things set Pismire Network apart from tap-mining apps and play-to-earn games:

  1. The game carries itself. It is funded by ads and contains no purchases. Nobody has to buy, sell or hold Honeydew for the game to work.
  2. Nobody can buy mining power. Power comes only from decisions in the game. DEW buys cosmetics, never advantages. Through the square-root formula, large colonies get only less than proportionally more.
  3. We sell no tokens. 90 % of the total supply goes to players. The 10 % reserve covers liquidity, team, partners and security, with long lock-ups and open on the chain.

On 27 July 2027 the Flight Out (Ausflug) opens: players can transfer Honeydew out of the game as DEW tokens to the chain, into their own wallet. The same day, liquidity on a decentralised exchange on Base and a listing on at least one centralised exchange are planned.

2. Why another mining coin?

Mining apps on the phone have a poor track record. The reasons lie in the model, not in the marketing:

Weakness of known modelsConsequencePismire Network
One button every 24 hours instead of a gameUsers stay only for the coin; if the price does not come, they leaveA game that works on its own (four sessions a day, nest, team, seasons), funded by ads
Issuance grows with the number of usersUnlimited supply, every new user dilutesA fixed daily amount for the whole world; users only change the distribution
Referrals across several levelsPyramid, fake accounts, fraudSponsorship only one level deep, bonus capped at your own weight, reward only after review
Mining power for sale (packages, boosts)Pay-to-win, whales dominateNo purchases, power only from decisions in the game, square-root formula

Listing “at some point”Years without a date, loss of trustA firm plan with a date and conditions: 27 July 2027

Play-to-earn games usually fail at a different point: their token issuance depends on the inflow of new players. When that stops, the economy collapses. In Pismire Network issuance is decoupled from growth, and the running costs are carried by ads, not by the token.

3. The game as the miner

Honeydew is not computed on the device. The server runs every colony on a time basis and pays out hourly. The app sends only actions (“start tour”, “empty chamber”), never values. A tampered app cannot create anything. We call this Proof of Colony: mining power is the result of decisions that can only be made in the game.

The core loop

An active player opens the app three to five times a day for two to four minutes. Nothing punishes a break: if food runs out, the ants work more slowly, but nobody loses their colony.

TimerDurationWhat happens
Foraging tour4 hoursForagers bring food, the building material of the nest
Honeydew chamberfills in 8 hours (up to 12 with upgrades)The colony's share of Honeydew flows in; a full chamber stops collecting
Building1 minute to 72 hoursChambers grow; the queen's chamber caps all others (30 levels, +5 a year from year 2)
BroodongoingNew ants hatch and are assigned to roles

Roles: the most important decision

Every ant eats 1.5 food a day, whatever its role. What it delivers depends on the role:

RoleOutputTrade-off
Forageraround 20 food a dayFaster upgrades, but less Honeydew
Herder1 point of Honeydew powerMore Honeydew, but less food for building
Soldier1 point of defenceProtects stores, yields nothing
Nurse0.2 new ants a dayGrowth, pays off only later

Honeydew power of a colony = herders × aphid pasture bonus × species bonus × scent-trail bonus. The four species (Leafcutter, Honeypot, Driver ant, Weaver ant) shift the bonuses by 5 to 25 %; none is mandatory. Food cannot be traded, Honeydew cannot be stolen.

Weight instead of power: the square-root formula

The hourly payout is not distributed by power but by weight = √power. A colony with 950 herders gets about ten times as much as one with 10, not 95 times. Large colonies are still worth it, but no whale can empty the pool. Second accounts still do not pay off: each one costs its own device, its own account and daily care, and detection kicks in (section 6).

The hourly payout

  1. Every hour the issuance schedule releases 1/24 of the daily amount (section 4).
  2. The server sums the weight of all colonies whose Honeydew chamber is not full and increases a single global counter: Honeydew per unit of weight.
  3. Every colony works out its share from the counter when it is opened. That costs the same with 1,000 colonies as with 10 million.
  4. Whoever never looks in has a full chamber and collects nothing. What is not distributed this way never comes into being.

4. Honeydew: issuance and supply

Three pools

PoolAmountSharePurpose
Mining8,000,000,00080 %Daily yield of all colonies, halving every 730 days
Seasons and events1,000,000,00010 %Season path, leaderboards, anteater, nuptial flight; 62.5 million per season, halving along with mining
Reserve1,000,000,00010 %Liquidity, team, partners, security (see below)

The total supply of 10 bn is a ceiling, not a target. Honeydew that is not distributed during the launch phase or that nobody collects never comes into being. Spent Honeydew (cosmetics) is burned. The actual supply therefore stays permanently below 10 bn.

The issuance schedule

Daily amount on day 0 = mining pool ÷ (730 × 2) = 5,479,452 Honeydew. Every 730 days it halves. The sum of all halvings is exactly the mining pool. The schedule is part of the game's rules (Emission in game_core) and is mirrored in the bridge contract with the listing.

EpochPeriod (day 0 = 1 March 2027)Per dayPer hourReleased by the end
11 March 2027 to 27 Feb 20295,479,452228,3114.0 bn (50 %)
228 Feb 2029 to 27 Feb 20312,739,726114,1556.0 bn (75 %)
328 Feb 2031 to 26 Feb 20331,369,86357,0787.0 bn (87.5 %)
427 Feb 2033 to 26 Feb 2035684,93228,5397.5 bn (93.75 %)
5 and beyondfrom 27 Feb 2035342,466, then halving further14,269towards 8.0 bn

Every halving is announced and celebrated in the game as the Great Drought 30 days in advance. All active players receive a commemorative find.

Launch phase and caps

  • Launch phase: While there are few colonies, none gets more than 100 Honeydew a day. With colonies of equal size this cap binds until around 55,000 colonies are active at the same time; after that it stops having any effect by itself. What is not distributed during this time never comes into being.
  • Daily limit: No colony gets more than three times the average of all active colonies.
  • Sponsor bonus: 10 % of the power of every active daughter nest counts towards the sponsor's weight, only one level deep and at most up to a doubling of their own weight.

What an active player gets

Calculated average with equal weight of all daily active colonies, using the user assumptions from the game concept. Your own share depends on your own power, the number of active colonies and the launch phase.

YearDaily active colonies (assumption)EpochHoneydew per colony and day
1140,000139
2363,000115
3483,00025.7
5792,00031.7
8990,00040.7

Starting early pays, because the daily amount is highest at the beginning and is shared among few colonies. That is the same logic as with any currency that halves.

Season pool

Every three months a season begins with its own theme and new leaderboards. In the first two years every season holds 62.5 million Honeydew; after that the amount halves along with mining. Distribution: 40 % to everyone through the free season path, 40 % to the leaderboards, 20 % to the best supercolonies. The leaderboards show power, not the account balance.

Reserve: use and lock-ups (proposal)

The reserve of 1 bn (10 %) is the only part of the total supply that does not go to players. Its allocation will be fixed before the listing and published as lock-up contracts on the chain.

UseAmountShareLock-up
Liquidity and exchanges300 million3.0 %Up to 100 million at the listing for liquidity pools and market making, the rest locked for 12 months
Team and founders350 million3.5 %Fully locked for 12 months (until 27 July 2028), then 36 months linear
Partners and ecosystem250 million2.5 %24 months linear from the listing: further exchanges, partners, community programmes
Security100 million1.0 %Audits, bug bounty, reserve for incidents; every use is published

On listing day, at most around 1 bn Honeydew will therefore have come into being or be available: up to 811 million from the mining pool, up to 125 million from the first two seasons and up to 100 million liquidity. That is at most 10 % of the total supply. Everything else is locked or has not yet come into being.

5. The DEW token

Key facts

Name
Honeydew
Ticker
DEW (proposed, subject to availability on the target exchanges)
Chain
Base (Ethereum Layer 2); alternatives Arbitrum and Polygon; decision by 30 April 2027
Standard
ERC-20, 18 decimals
Cap
10,000,000,000 DEW, fixed in the contract, no function to raise it
Minting
Only the bridge contract can mint, and only against a release signed by the game server
Burning
Anyone can burn; the Flight Home (Heimflug, below) burns
Ratio
1 DEW = 1 Honeydew, in both directions

Base is the first choice because every exchange, every wallet and every tool knows ERC-20, a transfer costs less than a cent, security comes from Ethereum and many retail investors are active there. Dependence on one chain is a risk (section 10); a switch would technically be a restart of the bridge, not of the game.

Game and chain: Flight Out and Flight Home

Honeydew in the game is a balance on our server, as it is today. It exists on the chain only once a player takes it there.

  • Flight Out (game → chain): The player connects their own wallet on pismire.network and chooses an amount. The server deducts it from the game balance and signs a release (EIP-712). The player submits the release to the bridge contract themselves, which mints the tokens into their wallet. At no point do we hold tokens for players.
  • Flight Home (chain → game): The player sends DEW to the bridge contract, which burns them; the server credits the amount to the game balance. This way cosmetics and season designs can also be paid for with purchased DEW, which destroys them for good.

The bridge never mints more in total than the issuance schedule has released up to that point, plus the season pool and unlocked reserve; on top of that there is a daily limit. Both limits are in the contract, not just on the server. An emergency pause (multisig 3 of 5) can halt the Flight Out but never mint; all other changes go through a 48-hour timelock.

What DEW is good for

UseWhereEffect on mining power
Cosmetics: nest designs, the queen's crown, frames in the supercolonyin the game, burnednone
Season designs and keepsakesin the game, burnednone
Supercolony banner and name on the world mapin the game, burnednone
Colony Council: votes on season themes and new specieson the chain, tokens remainnone
Tradingexchangesnone

What DEW can never do: buy food, ants, build time, herders or power. This rule stands above all others because it protects the game and the fairness of the distribution. Rewarded ads remain the only shortcut, and they are limited per day.

6. Fairness and abuse protection

The biggest risk for any mining app is farms with many second accounts. Pismire Network makes them unattractive on four levels: expensive to set up, low-yielding, easy to detect and quick to ban.

LevelMeasure
Setting upOne account per device, sign-in with a Google account or e-mail code, Play Integrity (no emulators, no rooted devices for Honeydew)
YieldSquare-root formula, daily limit, no trading of food, sponsor bonus capped at your own weight
DetectionIdentical device characteristics, identical networks, sessions in exactly the same rhythm, many daughter nests without activity of their own
BanningFirst a Honeydew stop, then review; confirmed fraud freezes the Honeydew of the whole network, a Flight Out is ruled out

Sponsorship rewards activity, never the mere sign-up: a daughter nest counts only after three days with at least two sessions a day, ten foraging tours and level 5. Rewards come only after 72 hours of review and are withdrawn in case of fraud. There is only one level: daughter nests of daughter nests do not count.

7. Technology

  • The server is the truth. Dart server with Postgres; every colony is recalculated on a time basis when it is opened. Inactive players cost nothing. The app sends only actions.
  • One counter for all. The hourly worker increases a global value “Honeydew per unit of weight”. Distribution costs the same with 1,000 colonies as with 10 million. At 1 million daily active players we expect around 900 requests per second, 3,000 at peak times; four to eight game servers can handle that.
  • Bridge without custody. The game server signs releases; the contract checks signature, caps and daily limit. Tokens are either in the player's wallet or do not exist.
  • Four contracts: token (ERC-20 with a fixed cap), bridge, lock-up contracts of the reserve, Colony Council (votes). The source code will be published with the audits.
  • Two independent audits before the listing, then a permanent bug bounty from the security pool.
  • Transparency from the listing: a public page with issuance to date, minted amount, burned amount and the status of all lock-ups, live from the chain.

Conditions for 27 July 2027

The date holds if all four points are met by then. If one falls through, we postpone and announce it at least 30 days in advance, in the game and on the website.

  1. Both audits completed, no open critical or high findings.
  2. Legal clearance for the Flight Out in the launch countries and for admission to trading.
  3. Liquidity in place: the stablecoin side comes from our own funds and ad revenue; the amount will be published before the listing.
  4. The game's checkpoints are reached (20 % after 7 days, 10 % after 30 days).

9. Law and regulation

Planning status, not legal advice. Before the listing we will have everything reviewed by a law firm specialising in crypto-assets.

  • MiCA. In the EU, crypto-assets are governed by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. For admission to trading, a crypto-asset white paper in the prescribed form must be drawn up and notified to the competent authority (in Germany, BaFin) at least 20 working days in advance. This whitepaper is not that document; it is the project description from which that document will be derived. DEW is planned as an other crypto-asset without reference to an asset, not as an e-money token and not as a financial instrument.
  • Custody. We do not hold DEW in custody for players. Honeydew in the game is a game balance; tokens come into being only at the Flight Out, in the player's wallet. Whether a licence as a crypto-asset service provider is nevertheless required will be settled by the legal opinion; if so, the bridge will run through a licensed partner.
  • Anti-money-laundering. Identity verification from the stated threshold through a certified provider, banning of suspicious accounts, reporting channels.
  • App stores. The game mines nothing on the device and contains neither a wallet nor trading; the Flight Out runs through the website. That is compatible with Google Play's rules. iOS has stricter rules for rewards in crypto-assets, which is why the Flight Out stays outside the app there as well.
  • Taxes. Players are themselves responsible for taxing income from DEW. On request we provide an overview of your own Flights Out.
  • Countries. Where crypto-assets are banned or heavily restricted, the game remains playable, but the Flight Out is not available there. The list will be published before the listing.
  • Terms of use. The game's terms will be extended to cover the Flight Out before the listing. Until then, Honeydew remains a game balance with no claim to exchange.

10. Risks

  1. No value guaranteed. DEW can be worth nothing at any time. There is no buy-back, price or return commitment, neither from us nor from third parties.
  2. The date can slip. 27 July 2027 is a plan with four conditions (section 8).
  3. Regulation. The interpretation of MiCA, national bans or licensing requirements can restrict or delay the Flight Out or the listing in individual countries.
  4. Exchanges. Only the liquidity on a decentralised exchange is in our hands. A listing on centralised exchanges depends on their decision.
  5. Contracts and chain. Smart contracts can contain errors despite audits. An outage or a change of Base affects the bridge; the game keeps running independently of it.
  6. Game balance. All game figures are starting values and will be fine-tuned with real data. The total supply and the halving schedule do not change in the process.
  7. Fraud. Bot farms can skim off shares despite all measures. The measures reduce this; they do not prevent it entirely.
  8. Ads. Revenue depends on ad prices. Liquidity from ad revenue is limited.
  9. Your own keys. Whoever loses access to their wallet loses their DEW. We cannot restore anything.
  10. Small team. The project currently depends on one person and a few external partners.
  11. Volatility and taxes. The price of DEW can fluctuate strongly. Income may be taxable.

11. Team and contact

  • Founder: Erol Semiz (product, game rules, technology). Operator as stated in the imprint on pismire.network.
  • Joining before the listing: smart-contract development and two audit partners (external), legal counsel for MiCA (external), community support for the 14 languages.
  • Contact: [email protected] · https://pismire.network
  • Source code of the contracts: will be published with the audits.
